1. PAYMENT TERMS

1.1 Pricing

  • All prices for vehicle rentals and related services are displayed on the platform at the time of booking.
  • The final payable amount will be as shown on the **system-generated quote and booking page**.

1.2 Binding Price

  • The price displayed at checkout/booking confirmation shall be considered **final and binding**.
  • Any additional charges (if applicable) such as tolls, parking, interstate taxes, or extra usage will be communicated separately.

1.3 Payment Method

  • Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways available on the platform.
  • VahanMart does not store sensitive payment information.

1.4 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Failure of payment may result in cancellation of booking.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are applicable only when a booking is cancelled as per the timelines below:

2.1 Standard Bookings

  • **More than 3 days before booking date:** 100% refund
  • **Between 3 days to 24 hours before booking:** 50% refund
  • **Less than 24 hours before booking:** No refund

2.2 Advance Cancellation (7 Days or More)

  • If a booking is cancelled **7 days or more in advance**, a **full (100%) refund** will be processed.

2.3 No Refund Cases

No refund shall be provided in the following situations:

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before booking start time
  • No-show by the user
  • Violation of terms or misuse of service

3. SPECIAL BOOKINGS (STRICT NO REFUND)

The following categories are considered **special bookings** and are strictly **non-refundable under any circumstances**:

  • Chardham Yatra bookings
  • Leh / Ladakh trips
  • Any other long-duration or customized travel packages marked as β€œNo Refund” on the platform

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)

5. SERVICE FEES

  • Platform convenience or service fees may be **non-refundable**, unless otherwise specified

6. FORCE MAJEURE

No refunds shall be guaranteed for cancellations or disruptions caused due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or road closures

Refunds in such cases will be handled at the discretion of the Company or Vendor.
